At Scentrique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges under the conditions outlined below.
Returns
We accept returns of unopened and undamaged products in their original packaging within 14 days of the date you receive your order. A valid receipt or gift receipt must be included with the return.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Please note that allergies are not accepted as a valid reason for returning opened products.

Eligibility: Products are eligible for return only if unopened to ensure product safety and prevent possible tampering.

Exclusions: We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for fragrance samples, travel sprays, or any products without their original plastic wrap or seal.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning items.

Processing Fee: A $10 USD processing fee will apply to all mail-in returns.
